| Upon
the purchase and or use of Cintek Internet Service the customer agrees
to the following terms and conditions: |
- The
customer has read and fully understood our payment policies as
per our Policies

The customer has read and fully understood our service plans as
per the Cintek Dial-Up Pricing page.

The customer agrees to release Cintek Internet Services Ltd. from
any losses or damages resulting from the use, or the inability
to use, the services provided

All information provided to Cintek Internet Inc. is, to the best
of the customer’s knowledge, true and correct.

Members are responsible for any and all charges to their account.
Members having questions regarding charges to an account should
contact Cintek's Accounting Department at (250) 489-4289.

All charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within
sixty (60) days of the billing date. Adjustments will not be made
for charges that are more than 60 days old.

The initial term of Internet service will begin upon commencement
of the Services to the Customer. After the initial term, this
agreement shall automatically renew for sixty (60) days, unless
terminated by the customer by providing thirty (30) days prior
notice. Delinquent accounts may be suspended or cancelled at Cintek's
sole discretion.

Refunds may be issued for amounts greater than $25, providing
proper termination notice has been submitted. There is a service
charge of $25 for all refunds.

All prices are subject to change without notice or remuneration.

NSF cheques are subject to a $20 handling charge.

Unless otherwise specified, all correspondence is issued via email.

All information released to Cintek is kept strictly confidential
and will only be referenced for internal use. No information will
be released or distributed to any other parties.

Cintek Internet Services Ltd. is not responsible for any content
or information gathered via the Internet. It is the sole responsibility
of the customer to restrict access to their Internet account or
access to content and materials available through their Internet
account.
